Bruges-based SwingGroup specialises in online incentive and reward solutions. For this purpose, the company developed its own technology, Motisha, which is Swahili for “motivating people”. SwingGroup analyses the rewards that could motivate dealers, staff and customers of companies to sell more, work more efficiently, and improve the team spirit. The company develops incentive campaigns and handles communication. Campaigns are hosted by SwingGroup on dedicated cloud servers provided by Combell.
