Purchasing extra hosting packages (including webspace and data traffic) in order to expand your existing reseller package is only possible with Premium packages. If you do not have a VAT number (yet), you can purchase a reseller package from Combell, but if you plan to resell hosting to other people, you will need to request a VAT number to be able to invoice them.

That is definitely possible. The value of your remaining months will then be deducted from the price of your new package.
Example: You have been using a Linux Platform Reseller Basic package for 7 months and wish to upgrade to a Linux Reseller Pro package. This means that 270 € will be deducted from the price of your Linux Reseller Pro package.
How did we calculate this amount? A Linux Basic package costs 648 € for 1 year. Divide this amount by 12 months and multiply the result by the number of remaining months (5) and you will obtain 270 €.

It is not possible to pay your reseller hosting package per month. The minimum term of payment for reseller hosting is 3 months. For expansion options, the minimum term of payment is always 1 year.

You will be able to get started as soon as we receive your payment. If you pay online, activation is almost immediate. If you go for a bank transfer, your package will be activated only when the amount is visible on our account. Do not worry; Combell's reseller packages are white labelled. This means that your customers do not notice that they are actually hosted by Combell. You customers' domain names will be on anonymous nameservers, not on "ns1.combell.net" and "ns2.combell.net". The handy control panel also does not refer to Combell.
