According to SEDO, the largest domain name intermediary worldwide, 2007 has been a top shelf year for domain name sales. SEDO sold for over 72 million dollars, which represents an increase of over 60% compared with 2006. Lots of money has been spent for (1.1 million dollars), (500,000 dollars), (360,000 dollars) and (300,000 dollars). SEDO insists on the fact that national domain names such as .be and .nl are very interesting means of investment and that they’re being negotiated at excellent prices on its online market.
