A beta version to get started

Kailo is currently a beta version. We’re starting small, and for now the rollout is only planned for new customers. Over time, we will add this extra support service to more customer groups.

We do this deliberately. Not because we doubt the idea, but because we want to closely monitor, test and fine-tune Kailo.

When you build smart, you don’t launch everything at once and hope for the best. We prefer to observe, learn and improve in a focused way.
