How to erase the browser cache?

Internet Explorer

  1. Go to right top corner and click on the three horizontal lines. From the dropdown menu choose “Options”.
  2. Click on “Privacy & Settings” on the left site of the options page.
  3. Scroll down and find “Cached Web Content”. Click on “Clear Now”.

Edge

  1. Click on the hub button at the upper right corner of your screen.
  2. In the Clear Browsing Data section click on Choose what to clear
  3. Select at least Cached data and files and click on Clear

Firefox

  1. Windows
    1. Go to the upper right corner of the page, open the drop-down menu and click on ‘Options’.
    2. Choose ‘Privacy & Security’ from the menu on the left.
    3. Go to ‘Cookies and Site Data’ and click on ‘Clear Data’.
  2. Mac
    1. Click on the settings button at the upper right corner and choose Preferences
    2. Switch to the Advanced panel
    3. Switch to the Network tab
    4. In the Cached Web Content section click on Clear Now

Chrome

  1. Click on the settings button at the upper right corner and choose More tools > Clear browsing data.
  2. Select at least Cached images and files
  3. Check the dropdown at the top look for the amount of data you are deleting
  4. Click on Clear browsing data

Safari

  1. Navigate to the top and click on Safari
  2. Follow Preferences > Advanced
  3. Check Show Develop menu in menu bar
  4. You now see the Develop menu at the top. Follow Develop > Empty Caches.
