Register becomes Combell. What will change for you?

Are you a customer of Register? In that case, your products and services will soon be
transferred to Combell. As soon as this is done, you will receive an e-mail from us. From then
on, you will be a customer of Combell. Welcome!
You may have some questions about that, which is only natural. That is why we will try to
answer many of them here.

When will Register and Combell merge?

The merger is scheduled for the 1th of June. That is also the time when we will start transferring the services, from Register to Combell. During the merge you won’t be able to log in to your control panel. As soon as your services are transferred, we will inform you by e-mail and you can log in again.

How can I log in to manage my services?

As long as you have not received an e-mail with the notification that your services have been
transferred to Combell, you can continue to log in via the Register control panel.
Once you have been informed about the transfer of your services, you will be able to log in to the Combell control panel using your login details.
The control panels are almost identical, which is very convenient. Only the colours and the logo are different.

Where can I check my e-mails?

Do you currently check your e-mails via the Register webmail? You can continue to do so even after the transfer: everything will remain the same. Same link, same login details! Once you have been informed about your transfer, you will also be able to use the Combell webmail. The choice is yours!

Will my services still work?

Your products, services and settings will remain unchanged. Everything will continue to work as before, even during the merge.

How do I set up my mailbox on my devices?

Read our manuals to set up you Basic mailbox or Exchange mailbox on all your devices.

Do I need to change my settings?

You do not have to do anything: everything will continue to work as before. Same settings, same products, same working principle.

Will the price of my products change?

Everything will remain the same: all of Register’s rates will remain valid with Combell.

Will I be able to continue to enjoy my special offers?

Absolutely: you will be able to continue to enjoy the special offers as agreed upon with Register. And when those special offers expire, you will simply pay the same rates you used to pay at Register. Everything will proceed as planned.

What if I already have a Combell account?

If you already have a Combell account with the same e-mail address you use at Register, we will link both accounts. This will allow you to access both accounts with a single login. Once you have logged in, you can choose the account you want to access.
If you already have a Combell account with a different e-mail address than the one you have with Register, nothing will change.

How can I reuse the passwords from my password manager to log in to Combell?

You can retrieve the password in your password manager and copy it to log in to Combell. Afterwards, your password manager will ask you to save the password. This way, you will also be able to automatically log in to Combell.

I do not have a login with an e-mail address, what now?

This means you probably still have a login with a customer number or username. In that case,please log in once more using your customer number or username via this login page and choose the e-mail address with which you want to log in in the future.

Tip: You will find your customer number on an invoice or in the e-mail in which we announced that your transfer to Combell is complete. 

Where can I find Combell’s new invoicing information?

After the merger, your invoices will be issued by Combell and will include the following invoicing information:

  • Combell nv
  • Skaldenstraat 121, 9042 Gent, België
  • Bank account number: BE73 7370 0365 8660 (Customers from register.ch can continue to use CH74 0838 7000 0011 8027 2)
  • VAT: BE 0541.977.701

Will my PO number remain on my invoice?

Yes, if you have a PO number at Register, we’ll use it on your Combell invoices as well.
