Combell’s customer friendliness proven!

PC magazine hepldesk studyAn independent study by PC Magazine revealed that only Combell’s helpdesk can be effectively reached.

For the study, a test has been carried out on May 1st, a national holiday. Ten hosting providers that offer phone support have been contacted, producing very different results.

Many providers did not provide an immediate answer, and most of them only provided service during office hours. Only Combell answered the phone right away and transferred testers to one of our very friendly collaborators.
