The number of .be domain names reaches a new record

In 2007, 193.648 new .be domain names have been registered. This represents over 46.000 paying registrations in comparison with 2006, that is to say a growth of over 30%. Other remarkable figures: about 30% of the registered domain names are used by individuals. The regional distribution is the following: 69% in Flanders, 14% in Brussels and 14% in Wallonia.
