Combell proven to be customer-friendly !

An independent survey of PC Magazine showed that only Combell’s help desk is truly accessible.

The research contained a test which was conducted on May 1. A call was made to a dozen hosting providers offering phone support, which led to a lot of different results.

Many providers failed to answer immediately, and most of them only provided services during business hours. Only at Combell, the helpdesk answered immediately and redirected the testers to one of our friendly colleagues.
