How can I make a copy of my database with Plesk?

Through PhpMyAdmin you can create a backup of your database to restore later – or to move to another hosting environment. Here is how:

  1. Log in your Plesk control panel.
  2. Navigate to the horizontal menu at the top.
  3. Click on the ‘Websites & Domains’ section.
  4. On the side menu to your right, find the ‘Databases’ link. Click on it.Websites & domains > Databases
  5. Find the database you would like to manage and click on the ‘Webadmin’ button. Click on it.Databases Webadmin
  6. Click on the ‘Export’ button.phpMyAdmin Export
  7. Choose a format to export and click on ‘Go’.Choose a format
