How to reduce the number of my virtual servers and off-site backup?
You can reduce the capacity for your Veeam Cloud Connect Backup by contacting Combell online sales team.
Do not forget to mention the username for your Veeam Cloud Connect Backup service.
You will receive a message when the capacity has been adjusted. In your Combell webpage you will notice that the number of virtual servers or the storage space has been reduced in accordance with your request.
Pay attention:
- Prior to your request, you must ensure that the off-site backup capacity that you wish to reduce is no longer in use. A used amount of virtual servers or storage space can’t be reduced.
- A reduction in storage space always takes place with the size of a storage package (250GB). A 50GB reduction is therefore not possible.
- At least 1 virtual server and 1 storage package must be reserved.
- An administrative fee of € 20 is charged for the processing of a capacity reduction.
