Open dat bestand en geef het wachtwoord van je mailbox in.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De mailbox wordt gecontroleerd en ge\u00efnstalleerd op je computer<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"htoc-manuele-configuratie-in-apple-mail\">Manuele configuratie in Apple Mail<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Volg deze stappen in Apple Mail:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Via de navigatiebalk bovenaan ga je naar &#8220;Mail&#8221; > &#8220;Account toevoegen&#8221;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"color: initial; font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, &quot;Segoe UI&quot;, Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, &quot;Helvetica Neue&quot;, sans-serif;\">Kies voor &#8220;Andere Mail-account&#8221; en ga door.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vul je naam, het e-mailadres en wachtwoord in en ga verder.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De automatische controle van Apple zal mislukken, maar dat is geen probleem (zie afbeelding).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vul de ontbrekende gegevens in en bevestig:\n<ul>\n<li>Server inkomende e-mail: <strong>imap.mailprotect.be<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Server uitgaande e-mail: <strong>smtp-auth.mailprotect.be<\/strong> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Selecteer de apps die je met deze mail account wil gebruiken en rond de configuratie af.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"780\" height=\"598\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-7265 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.combell.com\/nl\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/Screenshot-2019-12-11-at-15.59.38.png\" alt=\"account &gt;&gt; + &gt;&gt; ander mail-account\"><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-info\"><strong>Tip: Verwijder e-mails van de server als je koos voor een POP-configuratie<br><\/strong>Zorg ervoor dat je online mailbox niet vol geraakt, door verwijderde e-mails ook daar te verwijderen. Volg daarvoor deze extra stappen. Ontvangt hij nog wel berichten maar kan hij die niet meer verzenden of vice versa? Dan is er waarschijnlijk iets verkeerd met de instellingen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Volg deze stappen in Apple Mail om na te gaan of je mailbox correct is ingesteld:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Via de navigatiebalk bovenaan ga je naar &#8220;Mail&#8221; > &#8220;Voorkeuren&#8221;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ga naar het tabblad &#8220;Account&#8221; en selecteer de mailbox die je wil controleren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ga naar het tabblad &#8220;Serverinstellingen&#8221;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Controleer of de instellingen overeenkomen met de volgende:<br><pre><strong>Gebruikersnaam:<\/strong> Exact hetzelfde als je e-mailadres<br><strong>Server inkomende e-mail: <br><\/strong>imap.mailprotect.be - Poort 993 - voor IMAP<br>pop3.mailprotect.be - Poort 995 - voor POP3<br><br><strong>Server uitgaande e-mail:<br><\/strong>smtp-auth.mailprotect.be - Poort 587<\/pre><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zorg dat de optie &#8220;Beheer verbindingsinstellingen automatisch&#8221; niet aangevinkt is.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Blijven de problemen nadien toch nog duren?
