Peppol is een veilig netwerk (en afsprakenkader) om gestructureerde e\u2011facturen (volgens EN 16931) te versturen en te ontvangen tussen softwarepakketten. Belgi\u00eb kiest resoluut voor Peppol. Vanaf 1 januari 2026 zijn gestructureerde e\u2011facturen verplicht voor btw\u2011plichtige ondernemingen (B2B). Pdf\u2019s of mails met facturen voldoen niet meer.<br \/>Je hebt een <strong>Peppol\u2011ID<\/strong> (bv. je ondernemingsnummer) en <strong>software of een Peppol Access Point<\/strong> nodig. Het\u00a0Peppol-netwerk\u00a0zelf is gratis, e-invoicing\u00a0software (om facturen mee te sturen) niet. Eigenlijk kun je stellen dat B2G het goede voorbeeld gaf aan B2B. Want vanaf 1 januari 2026 geldt de <strong>B2B\u2011verplichting<\/strong>: ook tussen <strong>bedrijven onderling<\/strong> moet je <strong>gestructureerd<\/strong> e-factureren. Peppol wordt hierbij de <strong><em>way to go<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Peppol in Belgi\u00eb: wat verandert er vanaf 2026?<\/h2>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Verplichte gestructureerde e\u2011facturen (EN 16931) en Peppol als standaard<\/h3>\n<p>Vanaf <strong>1 januari 2026<\/strong> moeten Belgische btw\u2011plichtige ondernemingen <strong>gestructureerde elektronische facturen<\/strong> gebruiken volgens EN 16931.
