If you think that you are not receiving some emails because of this, you can change the anti-spam settings.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Follow these steps in the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/my.combell.com\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">control panel<\/span><\/a><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">&nbsp;to deactivate \/ activate the spam filters:&nbsp;<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Go to \u201cMy Products\u201d> \u201cEmail Hosting\u201d> Click the \u201cManage Email\u201d button to the right of your domain name.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">In the menu on the left, choose \u201cSettings\u201d (see image at the bottom of this article).<\/span><\/li><li>Now click on &#8220;Edit anti-spam scanning&#8221;.<\/li><li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Change your settings as desired and confirm with &#8220;Edit anti-spam scanning&#8221;.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.combell.com\/en\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/Screenshot-2022-03-10-at-15.34.47-1024x237.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20827\"\/><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The control panel has activated the basic spam filters by default to protect you against unwanted e-mail.
