Choose a backup by clicking on the &#8220;Select&#8221; button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This action will not restore your backup. Only a folder(\/restord-backups) will be created containing your selected backup(s). <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Connect via <a href=\"https:\/\/www.combell.com\/en\/help\/kb\/connect-to-your-hosting-via-ssh\/\">SSH<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.combell.com\/en\/help\/kb\/upload-your-website-via-ftp\/\">FTP<\/a> to view the backup in the \/restored-backups folder.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">To restore the backup, replace the files or folders on your hosting with the corresponding files in the \/restored-backups folder. <\/span><br><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">For example, you can replace the entire \u201c\/www\u201d folder with the same folder in the backup.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-info\">If you select a backup, a &#8220;mount point&#8221; (shortcut) is created so that you can access the backup. This way, t<span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial; font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, &quot;Segoe UI&quot;, Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, &quot;Helvetica Neue&quot;, sans-serif;\">he backup files do not take up extra space on your hosting<\/span>. Those mount points are automatically deleted after 24 hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-easy-backups-with-managed-wordpress\">Easy backups with Managed WordPress<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>With Managed WordPress restoring a backup is as easy as the click of a button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><meta charset=\"utf-8\"><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Follow these steps in the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/my.combell.com\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">control panel <\/span><\/a><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Go to &#8220;My products&#8221;&gt; &#8220;Web hosting&#8221;&gt; Click on &#8220;Manage&#8221; next to your domain name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On your left, click on \u201cBackups\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The timestamp of the backup will tell you when it was made.
