With SimplyBook, you can easily add an online booking system to your website or social media. This way, customers can schedule appointments themselves with you or your colleagues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this article, we explain how to get started.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Setting up SimplyBook<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Follow these steps in the control panel<\/a> to set up SimplyBook:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to My Products > Software tools > Click Manage<\/strong> next to your SimplyBook package.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. On the right, click Open external dashboard<\/strong> to open the SimplyBook dashboard.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. In the SimplyBook dashboard, click Settings<\/strong> in the left menu, then select Company opening hours<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Enter your opening hours and save. Later, you can define when each of your Service Providers is available.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Now add your services via Manage > Services<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Click the + icon<\/strong> to add your different services.
    Give your services a name, description, price, duration, etc., and save.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Once your services are added, go to Manage > Service Providers<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Click the + icon<\/strong> to add your different employees.
    Enter their details, set their availability, and assign them to the services they provide.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Next, go to Settings > Email & SMS Settings<\/strong> to configure notifications for your customers and employees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. Ready to add SimplyBook to your website? Go to Settings > Booking widgets settings<\/strong> to create a widget (iframe widget) or button (booking button) that you can add.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  11. At the bottom, click Save & Get Widget Code<\/strong> to copy the code. You can then add this code to your website as HTML.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
