{"id":4022,"date":"2022-10-06T15:09:46","date_gmt":"2022-10-06T13:09:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.combell.com\/en\/help\/?post_type=ht_kb&#038;p=4022"},"modified":"2024-12-11T11:57:11","modified_gmt":"2024-12-11T10:57:11","slug":"import-your-old-e-mails-in-into-your-new-basic-mailbox","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"https:\/\/www.combell.com\/en\/help\/kb\/import-your-old-e-mails-in-into-your-new-basic-mailbox\/","title":{"rendered":"Import your old e-mails in into your new Basic mailbox"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>You can use your Basic mailbox <a href=\"https:\/\/webmail.combell.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">webmail<\/a> to import email messages from another mailbox e-mail provider to your new mailbox with <strong>Combell<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Follow the steps below to initiate the import:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Log in your <a href=\"https:\/\/webmail.combell.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">webmail<\/a>. <\/li><li>In the upper right corner, click on &#8220;Settings&#8221;.<\/li><li>Next, on the left panel click on &#8220;E-mail importer&#8221;<br><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-23092\" style=\"width: 750px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.combell.com\/en\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/en-4.png\" alt=\"\"><\/li><li>Fill in your credentials. <br><br>For &#8220;<strong>Source email account type<\/strong>&#8221; you can choose between several providers to import from &#8211; Gmail, Telenet, Proximus, etc. If your provider is not among the pre-defined options, you need to fill in your &#8220;<strong>Source email server<\/strong>&#8221; manually. <br><br>\u201c<strong>Source email account<\/strong>\u201d &#8211; here you need to fill in the e-mail address of your previous mailbox. This can be different from your current e-mail address.<\/li><li>As the last step, click on &#8220;Import email&#8221; at the bottom.<\/li><li>Now wait.
