You can create an e-mail address at which you have the e-mails forwarded to an existing e-mail address. The mails then arrive in another existing mailbox.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Follow these steps in the <a href=\"https:\/\/my.combell.com\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">control panel<\/a>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Go to &#8220;My products&#8221;> &#8220;E-mail hosting&#8221;> Click on &#8220;Manage e-mail&#8221; next to the domain name for which you want to set up an e-mail forward.<\/li><li>Select &#8220;Aliases&#8221; in the menu on the left and after that, click on &#8220;Add&#8221;. <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-20788\" style=\"width: 750px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.combell.com\/en\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/Screenshot-2022-03-09-at-16.29.01.png\" alt=\"mail forwards \"><\/li><li>Enter the data as follows to create your e-mail address (alias) (see image): <ul><li><strong>E-mail address<\/strong> : Enter your desired e-mail address.<\/li><li><strong>Destination<\/strong> : Enter the e-mail address to which you want to send the e-mails from your new e-mail address. <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-20789\" style=\"width: 750px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.combell.com\/en\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/Screenshot-2022-03-09-at-16.29.19.png\" alt=\"add mail forward\"><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Confirm and your e-mail forward (alias) is active. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-alert\">Note that <strong>free mailboxes from Microsoft and Google<\/strong> (@hotmail.com, @gmail.com) are increasingly <strong>blocking such a mail forward<\/strong>.<br>A mail forward works best if the destination is a mailbox with your own domain name (e.g. jonas@jouwdomeinnaam.be).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-devplus-brand-content\" data-brands=\"4,6,22,24\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"exchange\">Set e-mail address\/forward if you use Exchange<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"htoc-with-exchange-creating-an-e-mail-alias-is-slightly-different\">With Exchange, creating an e-mail alias is slightly different.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"htoc-follow-these-steps-in-the-control-panel\"><strong>Follow these steps in the <a href=\"https:\/\/my.combell.com\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">control panel<\/a>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Go to &#8220;My products&#8221;&gt; &#8220;E-mail hosting&#8221;&gt; Click on &#8220;Manage&#8221; next to the domain for which you want to set up an e-mail forward.<\/li><li>Select &#8220;Contacts&#8221; in the menu on the left.<\/li><li>Create a new contact.
