Do you rarely receive e-mail at a specific address? Then it is easier to forward the e-mails from that mailbox to your general e-mail address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The way in which you set up an auto forward depends on the type of mailbox. Go to &#8220;My products&#8221;> &#8220;E-mail hosting&#8221;> Click on &#8220;Manage e-mail&#8221; next to the domain of your mailbox.<br>2. Select &#8220;Mailboxes&#8221; in the menu on the left and click on &#8220;Manage&#8221; next to the desired mailbox.<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-20763\" style=\"width: 750px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.combell.com\/en\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/Screenshot-2022-03-09-at-11.50.09.png\" alt=\"basic mailbox manage\"><br>3. Fill in the e-mail address to which you want to sent the e-mails. <br>Do you also want to keep the e-mails in the original mailbox? Click on &#8220;Activate automatic forwarding&#8221; to confirm.<br><\/p><\/div><div id=\"tabs-1\" class=\"wp-block-hb-tabs__content\" role=\"tabpanel\" data-hb-tabs-tab--state=\"inactive\"><p><strong>Follow these steps in <a href=\"https:\/\/webmail.combell.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Webmail<\/a>:<\/strong><br>1. Go to &#8220;Settings&#8221; and click on &#8220;Forwarder&#8221;.<br>2. Set the radio button to &#8220;Forward messages&#8221;.<br>3. Enter the e-mail address to which the copies should be sent.<br>4.Do you also want to keep the e-mails in the original mailbox? Check &#8220;Send a copy to myself&#8221;.<br>5. Save.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-devplus-brand-content\" data-brands=\"4,6,22,24\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"htoc-add-an-auto-forward-to-your-exchange-mailbox\">Add an auto forward to your Exchange mailbox<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-alert\"><strong>You can only set an auto forward on the Combell Exchange platform to another email address of the same domain<\/strong>.<br>Do you want to arrange a forwarding to an email address from another domain? Then contact our support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"htoc-follow-these-steps-in-the-outlook-web-app\">Follow these steps in the <a href=\"https:\/\/exchange.powermail.be\/owa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Outlook Web App<\/strong><\/a>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Click in the top right on &#8220;Options&#8221; and choose &#8220;Create inbox rule&#8221;.<\/li><li>Click on &#8220;New&#8221; (see image)<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.combell.com\/en\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/mailforward-1.png\" alt=\"Options > organize email > new rule&#8221; width=&#8221;3507&#8243; height=&#8221;1011&#8243;><\/li><li>In the drop-down menu &#8220;When the message has been received and&#8221; choose &#8220;Apply to all messages&#8221;<\/li><li>In the &#8220;Do the following&#8221; drop-down menu, choose the &#8220;Redirect message to&#8221; option.
