There are different ways to send fax messages with Online fax.<\/p>\n

Via control panel<\/div>\n

Send a fax via the Control Panel<\/a>:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Go to “My products”> “Fax services”.<\/li>\n
  2. Choose the fax number with which you want to send a fax and click on “Send a fax”.<\/li>\n
  3. Enter the fax number of the recipient (s) in “Addressees” (see image).<\/li>\n
  4. Click on “Add files” to add documents.<\/li>\n
  5. Click on “Send fax” and wait for confirmation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Via e-mail<\/div>\n

    Send a fax via e-mail:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    1. Go to “My products” > “Fax services”.<\/li>\n
    2. Choose the fax number with which you want to send a fax and click on “Manage”.<\/li>\n
    3. In the menu on the left you choose “Settings” and then the “Mail-to-fax” tab (see image).<\/li>\n
    4. Enter the e-mail address from which you want to send the fax messages and click on “change settings”.<\/li>\n
    5. Create a new e-mail with your (online) e-mail program. Please note, the e-mail address from which you want to send the fax must be the same as the address you set in the control panel.\n

      • Addressee<\/strong> \u00a0= the fax number you want to send followed by @fax.combell.com (eg 32.484646@fax.combell.com)<\/li>\n
      • Subject<\/strong> \u00a0= copy this from the control panel (eg SexcetKey123456789)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Add your message as an attachment and send.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
