Depending on what rights you grant to that&nbsp;<strong>user<\/strong>, your customer can manage mailboxes, DNS records or other services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to users, you can also add&nbsp;<strong>administrators<\/strong>. Administrators can be e.g. colleagues or employees. If you do not check this option, you can send the invitation at a later point in time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"rights\">Setting rights for your administrator<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>After creating your new administrator, you have to give him permissions. You can decide which tasks your new administrator is allowed to perform. Changes are automatically saved. <br><br>You have the option to turn on permissions for Financial, Security, User management and Technical management. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-info\">If you want to change the rights of your administrator later go to your overview of administrators and click on &#8220;Permissions&#8221; next to your administrator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.combell.com\/en\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/3-20-1024x606.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-22719\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>For <strong>technical management<\/strong>, you can further refine which products or accounts your new administrator can access. Click on &#8220;Change access to products&#8221;. Here you have 3 options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>&#8220;Has access and support for <strong>all products<\/strong>.&#8221; <\/li><li>&#8220;Has access and support for <strong>specific products or product groups<\/strong>.&#8221; <br>This will give you the option to decide which products (or product groups) this administrator can access and which ones not. <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-22727\" style=\"width: 450px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.combell.com\/en\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/10-3.png\" alt=\"\"><\/li><li>&#8220;Has access and support for <strong>products with a certain tag<\/strong>.&#8221; <br>This will give you the option to let the administrator access all products that you&#8217;ve given a certain tag (for ex. the name of a client). <br><br><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-22718\" style=\"width: 450px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.combell.com\/en\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/6-8.png\" alt=\"\"><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-adding-a-user\">Adding a user<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Follow these steps in your <a href=\"https:\/\/my.combell.com\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">control panel<\/a>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\"><li>Go to &#8216;Settings&#8217; &gt; &#8216;Users&#8217;<\/li><li>Select &#8216;Users&#8217; from the menu on the left<\/li><li>Click on &#8216;+ Add&#8217;<\/li><li>Enter the details of your user and click on &#8220;Create a user&#8221;. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.combell.com\/en\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/7-10-1024x725.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-22720\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-info\">You can immediately send an <strong>invitation<\/strong> to the new administrator to set a password.
