Go to &#8220;My products&#8221;> &#8220;E-mail hosting&#8221;> &#8220;Manage e-mail&#8221;.<br>2. In the menu on the left you choose &#8220;Mailboxes&#8221;.<br>3. Select the mailbox for which you want to set a new password and click on &#8220;Manage&#8221;.<br>4. Scroll down and click on &#8220;Edit password&#8221;.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.combell.com\/en\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/Screenshot-2022-03-10-at-16.41.16.png\" alt=\"edit password mailbox\"><br>5. Enter a new password and click on &#8220;Edit password&#8221;.<\/p><\/div><div id=\"tabs-1\" class=\"wp-block-hb-tabs__content\" role=\"tabpanel\" data-hb-tabs-tab--state=\"inactive\"><p><strong>Follow these steps in <a href=\"https:\/\/webmail.combell.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Webmail<\/a>:<\/strong><br>Click on &#8220;Settings&#8221; at the top.<br>Select &#8220;Password&#8221; in the menu on the left (see image).<br>Enter a new password (2x).<br>Confirm with a click on &#8220;Save&#8221;.<br><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.combell.com\/en\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/wijzig-wachtwoord-mailbox-EN-3.png\" alt=\"Change password\"><\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-devplus-brand-content\" data-brands=\"4,6,22,24\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"htoc-change-the-password-of-your-exchange-mailbox\">Change the password of your Exchange mailbox<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-alert\"><strong>TIP: it can take up to 15 minutes for the new password to take effect<\/strong>.<br><br>Because an Exchange mailbox locks itself when logging in with the wrong password, it is important not to log in to the mailbox when changing the password. Therefore close all your e-mail applications (on the smartphone, tablet, computer, laptop, etc.) before changing the password.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"htoc-follow-these-steps-in-the-control-panel-to-change-your-exchange-mail-password\"><strong>Follow these steps in the <a href=\"https:\/\/my.combell.com\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">control panel<\/a> to change your Exchange mail password:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Go to the horizontal menu at the top. Click on &#8220;My Products&#8221;.<\/li><li>Find in the menu &#8220;My e-mail addresses&#8221; and click on it.<\/li><li>Search for the domain name that the Exchange mailbox uses.
