Mike, can you briefly explain what Arttra Design does?<\/h2>\n

\u201cWe print and embroider textiles for both individuals and businesses. That ranges from people who want a funny T-shirt for a bachelor party or carnival, to sports clubs and companies that need thousands of items. We also create printed workwear and gadgets.<\/p>\n

We\u2019ve also worked for well-known names such as roof and fa\u00e7ade renovation specialist Kijzer from \u2018Huis Gemaakt\u2019 on VTM, as well as BMW and KIA. Those are great references.\u201d<\/p>\n

How important is online succes for your business?<\/h2>\n

\u201cOnline is extremely important. I\u2019d say 80 to 90% of our revenue comes from online activities. Our webshop is a key channel, and all traffic runs through our website.<\/p>\n

We advertise heavily via Google and social media. Everything comes in through those online channels, so it simply has to work well.\u201d<\/p>\n

You use SimplyBook for appointments and bookings. Why did you choose SimplyBook?<\/h2>\n

\u201cI follow Combell on social media and saw SimplyBook there. It immediately appealed to me because it seemed easy to automatically add appointments to my calendar and that of my staff.<\/p>\n

We also regularly get feedback from customers saying they like being able to book online. It\u2019s easy, fast, and they don\u2019t have to fill in much information. It just works perfectly.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cIt definitely makes our lives easier.<\/p>\n

In the past, you had to go back and forth with emails or phone calls to schedule an appointment. Now the system handles all of that. I don\u2019t have to worry about it.<\/p>\n

Because everything is linked to Google Calendar, I know my planning is accurate. With other tools, that integration sometimes caused issues, but here it was simply a matter of logging in and done. No hassle.\u201d<\/p>\n
