Google launches a new trend spotting tool: Insights for Search
In a previous post, we already told you how you can use Google in your marketing activities. This month, Google has launched a new trend spotting tool: Insights for Search. This tool allows each marketer or advertiser to follow trends by analysing the search behaviour of people who use Google.
Insights for Search offers the possibility to search by keyword for things that Internet users find interesting. You can for instance search in which country people search the most with one particular keyword and what the relevant keywords are.
You can also consult search trends and see how popular a keyword was or is on a timeline. Moreover, you can sort the most popular keywords per country or per region. You can also choose which period you wish to analyse. Test it yourself on Insights for Search.
