Addressing various evolutions and implications of Cloud Computing

ISPA, the Belgian Internet Service Provider Association is organising on 9 February 2010 a conference on Cloud Computing, addressing various evolutions and implications of this developing technology.

This conference will look at the future impact of cloud computing on businesses and society as a whole, and will aim to highlight implications and challenges on a legal and technical level.
Cloud computing is a technique, which virtualises servers, networks and storage and makes it as such independent of any specific hardware. Cloud computing is an issue that has been very present in the specialised media in the last months. While the unprecedented opportunities cloud computing has to offer are clear to specialised businesses, the general stakeholders have yet to grasp the fundamentals behind this technology.
