5 GB webspace included
 Definition: webspace is the total amount of space used by all files associated with your hosting package on our server.
Example: if you put a 578kb picture on your website, this will use 578kb of your webspace. If you delete the picture, the 578kb webspace will be freed up again.
500 mailboxes
 Your choice of a hosting package, also determines the number of mailboxes. E-mail can be saved in a separate mailbox, with its own user name and password.
You have an unlimited number of e-mail adresses available via e-mail aliases.
Example: info@domainname.com can be your mailbox, but sales@domainname.com can be an alias of this mailbox. Both will arrive at the same computer or in the same mailbox. However, if the second address is meant for somebody else or another mailbox, you should create a separate mailbox for it or set up an e-mail alias.
COMBELL uses industry standard POP3 mailservers.
500 FTP users
Besides the standard FTP user - which you would normally use for transfering files from your computer to your website on the COMBELL server - you can create additional users, all of them with their own login and password.
Each user has their own root folder, which you assign to them, to be able to work independent and in separate directories.
100 GB Data transfer per month
 Definition: data transfer is the total amount of internet traffic in MB or GB between your hosting package and the internet.
Example: when a visitor is downloading a 3kb page with 17kb pictures, the data transfer amount is increased with 20kb. It is important to know that many visitors are using proxy servers and local caches, which means that the same picture does not always have to be re-downloaded. An average standard website only has between 250 and 400MB data transfer per month. Therefore, an average website never even reaches the monthly 10.000 MB limit of our 'Start' package.
Personalised error messages
You can have a personalised 404-error-page displayed if a non-existing page on your domain is requested. There is also support for 'error 500' and other frequently used http protocol errors.
All error messages can be set up easily in your online control panel.
Frontpage extensions
 Are you creating a website, using the user-friendly Microsoft Frontpage program? By activating the Frontpage extensions with your hosting package, your Frontpage program will be able to communicate with the COMBELL webserver.
If you use Frontpage and you don't have Frontpage extensions and you want to put your website files on the server via FTP for example, direct Frontpage interaction with the server will not be possible (e.g. making online adaptations to your website, using some forms or a dynamic guestbook, etc...).
High speed internet connections
 Visiting a COMBELL hosted website, or transferring files to or from it, will always happen at the highest possible speed your own internet connection allows. COMBELL always has the required bandwidth at its disposal in order to be able to guarantee maximum speed and a solid network, even at peak moments.
