Remote reboot
With the Remote Reboot function, it is possible to perform a remote "cold reboot" of your server. This means that the power to the server is interrupted during a few seconds so that the server can reboot. To have a remote reboot performed, the Customer must send his request to our support team.
If the remote reboot option is not included in your SLA package, a "remote reboot" will be charged at the prevailing rate.
