Recovery waiting time
The recovery waiting time is the time during which Combell solves the incident reported by the Customer or proposes a way to work around the problem.
Within this recovery waiting time, the time that is necessary to restore a backup does not count, since this depends on the volume of data to be restored. Within the recovery waiting time, Combell will initiate the recovery process, but will provide no guarantee as to the total recovery time.
