Performance monitoring
The Customer can check the evolution of his resources per server by means of comprehensive performance statistics. Statistics offer a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly overview in the form of graphics, which are available via an online web page. The activation of Performance Monitoring must be requested by the Customer.
Depending on the applications installed on the Customer's server, the Customer can map disk space usage, usage of physical and virtual memory, CPU usage (per CPU), the number of active processes, IIS data (attempts, connections, requests) and network statistics (TCP connections, usage). The related development cost falls under Advanced Support.
