KVM over IP
KVM is an acronym for Keyboard, Video and Mouse. So, KVM over IP means that the keyboard, the monitor and the mouse of your server can be taken over via the Internet. What is more, this is perfectly possible after a crash. This allows Combell's system managers to analyze the problem at a distance in the event that your server is not online anymore. Most problems can also be solved this way, at a distance, and an on-site maintenance procedure is thus no longer required.
