Direct senior support
This option gives the Customer the privilege to directly get in touch with Combell's Operations service, where he can report all sorts of incidents. Upon delivery of the server, the Customer will receive specific contact information in order to be able to get directly in touch with this department.
The Customer's entire server infrastructure is mapped in a personal technical file by Combell's system managers and is followed up closely by the Operations service. This makes it possible to shorten the response waiting time and the recovery waiting time.
