Advanced patch management
All updates that are performed according to the abovementioned procedure in the context of basic patch management are performed in agreement with the Customer. The Customer indicates which contact persons must be kept posted about the updates.
These contact persons are notified at least 48 hours before performing the updates and can, if necessary, postpone the update to a new date to be determined in agreement with Combell.
The activation of Advanced Patch Management must be specifically requested by the Customer; otherwise, it is the Basic Patch Management rules that prevail.
