Appointments are accepted, declined, moved and postponed by phone
Imagine that you’re driving to your next appointment and that you get caught in a traffic jam. Thanks to Outlook Voice Access, you can call you personal Voice Access number and postpone your appointment by means of a few simple commands and automatically send an e-mail message to your contact that you will for instance be a quarter of an hour later than expected. Your agenda is automatically updated.
