Yes (and no). Most domain names can be freely traded. But there are exceptions.
Here's the procedure for a .be domain name. Other extensions mostly have similar procedures.
- Send us a trade request e-mail, containing domain name, your customer id and buyer's information.
- We will charge the buyer with 34 EURO for renewal of the domain name.
- We send a trade request to DNS
Belgium.
- DNS België sends a confirmation e-mail to both seller and buyer.
- Both parties have to confirm this e-mail.
- After confirmation, the buyer officialy owns the domain name.
