For some extensions, one of the requirements is a local address. I do not have one. Can Combell provide me with one?

For this, you have to check out the domain extension specifications. In most cases, Combell has a local address available for you to use free of charge. In any case, you are the owner of the domain name. Should rules for the specific domain extension be modified at a later stage, we would place the domain name under your name.
