UPDATE .ES liberated from the 8th of November.

The timetable has been released. Starting the 8th of November, the market for .ES domain names will be open to the public. Companies currently benefit from two Sunrise Periods.

The following timetable will be maintained.

1. A sunrise period for public institutions in Spain

2. A sunrise period for companies and individuals with a registered trademark

Spanish, European Community or International trademarks are accepted

Local presence requirement for a company located in Spain will no longer be required

Local presence requirement for the adm-c will still be required. COMBELL expects to be able to offer a local presence solution

3. Landrush (8th of November)

Open for everyone on a first-come-first-served basis

Local adm-c still needed.

The exact timetable is still unknown. COMBELL expects the registry to announce further info in June.

We will set up a pre-registration queue as soon as we have further info.
