Included with these dedicated Linux servers you will get 2 hours of standard support per month by the COMBELL Support staff. By standard support we mean : the installation of updates & security patches of the Linux operating system. Including a complete initial check-up and continuous monitoring of your server .
Also includes Basic configuration of the Linux operating system. (no support on extra installed software or third party scripts)

Services included with dedicated server hardware:

		we buy and stock all server hardware
		we buy and stock all replacement hardware for your dedicated server
		hardware installation (disk controllers, disk arrays and RAM memory etc.)
		Burn-in test of server hardware
		Defective hardware will be fixed or replaced according to SLA (Service Level Agreement)

These dedicated servers are based on the Intel Pentium IV motherboard with the Pentium IV 3.00 Ghz. processor These servers are adequate for the hosting of websites or applications that don't have any exuberant performance demands.

	Intel Pentium IV 3.0 GHz processor 512 MB DDR2 SDRAM memory 2 x 80 GB SATA hard disks (RAID 1 - mirroring)

High-end dedicated web hosting servers (Xeon)

These dedicated servers are based on the high-end Intel Xeon motherboard. They are available in 1 or 2 processor versions.
